QC/Technical Support Our 30 QC staff undertakes the following QC processes: IQC: tests physical and chemical performance of all raw materials and records suppliers' quality IPQC: sets up QC sites in every process to ensure high quality FQC: inspections for the finished products according to the AQL standard or 100% inspection QA: testing for wear and tear and ability to withstand misuse, inspect the goods in warehouse before delivery QC Staff 30 to 39 Advanced QA equipment Strict QC procedures Materials/Components Our components and materials are imported from Taiwan area, Japan, the US and Korea. Procedures/testing Details All of our suppliers should be approved by our engineering department, QC departmentand the purchase department. Materials and components from suppliers will be checked by IQC, and those meeting the standard will be sent to the warehouse, those not meeting the standard will be rejected. In the production line, we have primary tests for materials and components, tests for semi-finished articles and tests for finished products. Items that are accepted after IPQ tests still will undergo the reliability test before packing, also another QA inspection takes place.
